2025 EVENT SCHEDULE
Race Schedule Practice/Qualifying Saturday January 18th
Whooptopia 2025 is scheduled to operate very similar to Whooptopia 2024 as far as individual racing goes. We will divide all 80 pilots into 5 separate groups (16 per group) where each pilot will now get one practice run and seven qualifying runs. As a pilot you are only required to attend day one during your designated time slot below; however, you are more than welcome to hang out all day if you’d like to!
Please Note: DO NOT BE LATE!!!! It is very important that you arrive ON TIME for tech inspection. If you do not get tech inspected during the designated time slots you will not be able to race! I repeat DO NOT BE LATE! Please see below for how tech inspection works.

7:45am-7:50am: Pilot Meeting / Track Walk Through
7:50am-10:00am: Practice and Qualifying

12:30pm-12:45pm: Tech Inspection / Pilot registration
12:45pm-12:50pm: Pilot Meeting / Track Walk Through
12:50pm-3:00pm: Practice and Qualifying
Group 4:
3:00pm-3:15pm: Tech Inspection / Pilot registration
3:15pm-3:20pm: Pilot Meeting / Track Walk Through
3:20pm-5:30pm: Practice and Qualifying
Group 5:
5:30pm-5:45pm: Tech Inspection / Pilot registration
5:45pm-5:50pm: Pilot Meeting / Track Walk Through
5:50pm-8:00pm: Practice and Qualifying

Now that all 80 pilots have completed their practice and qualifying it is time for double loss elimination brackets! Be sure to check the group chat to see which class you made so you know what time you need to be at the venue to compete in elimination brackets!
